New York, New York (PRWEB) February 17, 2012
Four workers at the Lutheran All Faiths Cemetery in Middle Village, Queens fell into a freshly dug grave. One worker was injured in the fall, reported the New York Post (2/6/2012).
According to the New York Post, Raimundo Rodriguez was cleaning the grave site when he plunged 6 feet down into the open grave.
Rodriguez broke his ankle on the hard casket, said the tabloid. His three co-workers landed on top of him.
Every year, many people are seriously injured in a slip and fall accident in New York.
Employees who are injured in a slip and fall accident at work should immediately report the slip and fall accident to the owner or the nearest person of authority, recommend New York personal injury lawyers at The Perecman Firm. An accident report should then be completed if one is available.
In New York, the slip and fall accident report should include what happened, name and contact information of witnesses and the conditions that may have caused the fall such as weather and lighting.
“If an accident report is requested by the slip and fall victim, and none is provided, the slip and fall victim in New York should compile his or her own record of what happened,” advised New York personal injury lawyer David Perecman, founder of The Perecman Firm, and a personal injury lawyer in New York for over 30 years.
Photos of the area where the slip and fall accident took place should also be taken, if possible.
Any physical injuries from the slip and fall accident should be checked out by a health care provider as soon as possible to help substantiate any claims.
Individuals injured in a slip and fall accident in New York, may be entitled to compensation for lost wages, hospital and medical expenses and physical disability.

Kobe, Japan (PRWEB) February 16, 2012
Integrity Health Coaching Franchises announces their franchise launch in the Asian market with the Anshin Clinic in Kobe, Japan. The orthopedic group directed by Dr. Yasunoba Sunny Iwasaki is spearheading a project that will have a main focus on treating post rehabilitation and diabetes patients employing Integritys Health Coaching system. Their goal is to provide Anshin clinics patients with essential outpatient exercise prescription and meal planning. These “satellite” locations will aid in getting Japanese citizens back their quality of life.
Greg LaRocca, Integrity’s foreign relations director and former professional baseball in Japan (Orix Buffaloes) was introduced to Dr. Iwasaki as the teams orthopedic doctor. Before partnering with the Integrity franchise, LaRocca used the exercise technologies to condition for baseball. LaRocca states, Once I became familiar with the systems and their application to health and fitness, I bought in. I loved the way it programmed my workouts for baseball that were custom tailored for me. Iwasaki wanted to see this technology for himself.
In November of 2011 Iwasaki traveled to New Hampshire to meet with Integrity Franchise CEO and exercise physiologist Rocco Boulay. During their meeting Iwasaki presented his concepts of medical treatment in an aging society and the need for alternative health options in Japan. They further agreed that not enough was being done globally to prevent illness and disease and believe we should be employing more economical, practical methods.
In the U.S. Integrity employs their intellectual technologies providing exercise prescription and nutrition coaching for patients who suffer from health related conditions. These technologies are utilized in their women only fitness/coaching facilities. The Integrity protocols enhance recovery and are more economical than most therapies. Dr. Iwasaki was introduced to Integritys technologies and protocols and believes this model will work well in Japan.
Iwasaki further commented that most medical practices could only treat certain pathological conditions. He states, Under our (Japanese) free access national medical insurance system I see many patients who only need muscle strengthening with the correct instruction that teaches them to modify his or her dietary and exercise habits. We see more than 6000 new patients a year who many would benefit from our health coaching centers.
Anshin clinics concepts focus on these three components: “Monitoring/Prevention,” “Recovery/Rehabilitation” and “Monitoring/Management.” The clinic can treat their patients with surgery as an “Integrated Practice Unit.” Patients who don’t need treatment or have had surgical treatment in our clinic need “Monitoring/Prevention,” “Recovery/Rehabilitation” and “Monitoring/Managing” until they come back to a “healthy condition.”
He goes on to say, The main purpose of constructing these health-coaching centers in Kobe is ‘Monitoring/Prevention’ of those patients. I think the Integrity system will work for this purpose nicely. Once we get a good number of clients and a good reputation in town, we can expand our services to a wider area and treat a variety of health related conditions.
Iwasakis goal is to establish a number of Integrity health coaching (satellite) franchises around a flagship center. These satellites will be a combination of co-ed and women only centers. His objective is to have two centers up and running before the end of this year with a plan to complete a total of ten locations in 3 years.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) February 14, 2012
Systemates, Inc. today announced that Speed Art Museum, the largest art museum in Kentucky, will leverage Projectmates construction project management software for its $ 50 million expansion that includes construction of the new North Building and the adjacent Art Park and Piazza.
The Speed Art Museum expansion and renovation encompasses 200,000 square feet of new and renovated interior and exterior space. The largest facet of the project is the construction of the new North Building, a 60,000 square foot structure designed to be largely transparent. Speed visitors will literally be able to see outside the museum walls to the newly adjacent Art Park and Piazza, also part of the expansion. This $ 50 million expansion is scheduled to break ground late 2012 and to be completed in 2015.
Greg Gardiner, Director of Operations and Expansions at Speed Art, spearheaded the effort to find construction project management software that is owner-focused, fosters collaboration among primary stakeholders, and has sophisticated tools for tracking costs, schedules, documents, and other critical business processes. Projectmates was selected as the best choice for the Speed.
With Projectmates enterprise-level reports, the Speed can track all commitments, monitor change orders in real-time, and track work complete through invoicing. Projectmates budgeting tool is flexible, robust, and automates the otherwise error-prone process of tracking the budget manually. All Projectmates cost tracking modules are based on construction industry standards.
By accessing Projectmates through a simple web browser anytime, the owner, architects, contractors, and consultants collaborate on a common platform to keep the flow of information moving and to reduce discrepancies and data entry mistakes. With the many project stakeholders involved in this project, the Speed will benefit greatly from the collaborative nature of Projectmates while still being able to control access to information.
